Blend 2-3 drops of essential with 15-20ml of carrier oil and apply directly on feet or hands to improve circulation.

As an aromatherapy oil ….Add 2-3 drops of essential oil to a room diffuser to awaken the senses with the warm aroma of cinnamon. A good blend would be to add a few drops orange essential oil to the room diffuser.
